This week exactly one year ago, the world as we knew it turned completely upside down when the government announced the first lockdowns in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. A full year and multiple coronavirus variants later, many of us have managed to acclimate and develop healthy habits to keep ourselves shielded from infection while others are trying to forget the existence of the Pandemic altogether.
