As an Access Program member, we are pleased to offer you a thorough 2-hour annual checkup. We will also book your appointments within 48 hours of your call. Choose the Access program that best accommodates your needs:

    • Acces 12 / 7

    Your medical team is available to you 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, for urgent concerns.

    • Acces 24 / 7

    Your medical team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for urgent concerns.

    Corporate Emergency plan

    • This program offers your organization a shared block of calls that your employees can use in case of urgent medical need. A sick employee need not languish for hours in a crowded clinic or emergency waiting room. Rather the employee can get a fixed same-day appointment, and be back at the office or recuperating at home in record time. This plan is designed to optimize your employees’ health and productivity, while reducing lost man-hours due to sick days.

    Executive Health Protection Annual check-up

    • This program recognizes the investment your company has made to attract and retain key executives, and serves to optimize the health of these valued corporate assets. Your executives will benefit from our comprehensive annual Health Protection evaluation.

    • Cardiogenix recognizes that, like people, no two organizations are exactly the same, which is why we offer you the opportunity to work with our medical director to create a customized health protection package that is right for your company.

    Health Protection Programs

    Cardiogenix designed its immensely popular Health Protection Programs to help you reduce your risk of heart attack, obesity, cancer, diabetes and stroke. Our Health Protection Programs are comprehensive and state-of-the-art, allowing us to help you live a longer and healthier life. There are three parts: your thorough examination, your detailed personalized health report, and all subsequent follow up visits. Your Health Protection Program also includes your choice of the Access 12/7 or Access 24/7 programs. Choose the Health Protection Program that is right for you:

    Silver

    • Your first level of health protection, our Silver program consists of a 4-hour annual check-up with state-of-the-art diagnostics administered by your family doctor, nurse and athletic therapist.

    P.E.T.A.L.

    • This program is tailored to address women’s specific concerns, and includes diagnostics such as the latest liquid PAP tests, mammograms, and bone density tests, as required. This program consists of a 5-hour annual check-up administered by your family doctor, nurse, athletic therapist and dietitian.

    Gold

    • Our Gold program consists of a 6-hour annual check-up with advanced diagnostics, administered by your family doctor, nurse, athletic therapist, and dietitian.

    Platinum

    • Our Platinum program consists of our most comprehensive testing regimen, and includes advanced diagnostics not typically available in Canada. This annual check-up is 2 days in duration.

    Success Solution Programs

    Some of our patients already have a good relationship with their own family physician, yet wish to experience the Cardiogenix healthcare ecosystem. This was our motivation to create our Cardiogenix Success Solution Programs. In our Success Solution Programs, we will work closely with your family doctor to help you achieve optimal health. All of our Success Solution programs include a detailed annual check-up: medical and nursing evaluations, blood tests, and cardiac treadmill testing. This evaluation is to make sure that we are fully aware of your current health status before starting the program. All of the results will be sent to your family doctor. Choose the Success Solution Program that is right for you.

    Diabetes Success Solution

    At Cardiogenix Medical Centre, we have designed a Diabetes Success program that will evaluate both your physical health and your lifestyle. Our medical team will make a plan to reduce your blood sugar levels and to make sure these levels stay at their best. This program is 12 weeks in duration. Within this time frame, we will support you through the necessary health changes required to optimize your life. Included in this program are appointments with the doctor, dietitian, and athletic therapist. You do not need more medication, you need a Diabetes Success Solution.

    Weight Loss Success Solution

    The Weight Loss Success Solution program is designed to help you achieve your health and weight goals safely and with a lot of support. This program is of 12 weeks duration where you will have appointments with your athletic therapist and dietitian. We will create a meal plan tailored to your habits and lifestyle. We will be holding your hand throughout the whole process.

    Pregnancy Success Solution

    Our Pregnancy Success Solution is designed to achieve the best possible outcome for your baby: from conception to birth. The Cardiogenix team, together with your gynecologist, will implement the best possible lifestyle strategies (including personalized nutrition and exercise) to optimize your delivery and give your baby the best possible start in life.
