At Cardiogenix, we try to get as many steps as we can throughout our workday.
As Rosemary mentioned in episode 1, the average amount of steps everyone should be getting a day is 10,000 steps. You can get creative with the many different ways to get those steps, but in today’s episode, you will see a different side of Dr. Oommen!
