In today’s segment, Dr. Oommen and Dr. Di Liello address more of your coronavirus concerns such as possible contamination through our pets and whether or not we should allow our older parents to socialize with their friends who have been self-isolating as well. The Doctors also run through some good habits to adopt during a pandemic such as glove removal and sanitization, and breathing techniques to help control the stress in our day to day lives.
Deep breathing and meditation is highly beneficial when practiced on a regular basis, not only for when we are stressed. As Dr. Oommen points out, for the first time in many of our lives, we have plenty of time to create positive habits! Thank you for watching everyone!
